Emily and Kevin’s wedding day at I’On Creek Club was beautiful from start to finish. I arrived at the groom/groomsmen getting ready space and could immediately tell this was going to be a gorgeous wedding. They were getting ready at a stunning waterfront resort just 15 minutes from the venue. Driving from there to I’On Creek Club, the streets were just packed with beautiful southern homes, draping Spanish moss and just had that Notebook type feel that you can’t get anywhere besides the South.

When I arrived at the venue I finally got to meet up with Leigh as well as Emily and her gorgeous bridesmaids! This was my first time shooting a wedding at I’On Creek Club and it was stunning! When I got there the girls were out in the garden and they were just all so happy and full of laughs. I could already tell this was going to be such a fun group! It was also clear how close they all were and how much they cared about Emily and Kevin. Some of them had known each other almost their entire lives! It will never get old seeing how happy everyone is when their friends and family are getting married!

When Emily’s dad gave his speech, he had them all in tears and it just kept going from there! Her maid of honor gave the sweetest speech, and then Kevin’s brother (his best man) had them all laughing hysterically before a wonderful toast. Then, during the reception, the bride’s cousin surprised everyone by performing a saxophone solo with the band! It was an emotional day for everyone involved with this sweet couple as they got to finally see them tie the knot! I hope you enjoy scrolling through this beautiful day.
